Eurosud Cataldi srl, through its in-house graphic studio ensures
privacy and an early preview of your customised display.
Through virtual application on a 3D model, you will immediately know what your display will look like, even before the material realisation.
This means speed of production, accuracy and precision of work, avoiding any hiccups.
Quality Check
A watchful eye on the projectAfter the customer's approval of the design (prints and renderings), we move on to quality control.
Quality control (a key role for the company) is an area of our company that inspects every single piece of the display and checks its feasibility.
It works in conjunction with the graphics department so that we are always up-to-date on the feasibility of the project.
Any project passes through here before cutting, which ensures that nothing is left to chance, with constant revision even after realisation.
Production
Cutting and FinishingWe get to the cutting!
The heart of production, where the display is actually produced.
Eurosud Cataldi srl offers no less than two pantographs for cutting, guaranteeing very high production and fast turnaround.
Each piece is then passed under a high-precision calibrating machine and finished by hand by our experienced operators. Everything is always spot-checked, fully assembled and inspected by quality control to approve its feasibility.
Coloring and printing
CustomizationAfter all this is done, we proceed to colour the interlocking display with completely non-toxic water-based impregnating colours.
We carefully select our suppliers so as to offer a colour as close as possible to your requirements.
Eurosud Cataldi srl also offers direct printing on any material, without adhesives or adhesives.
Our two top-quality printers with large working decks offer full-colour UV printing and unparalleled efficiency.
Your logo or photo will be permanently imprinted on your display, you will never have to worry about anything again.
Packaging and shipping
We are good to goEverything is packaged using a certified and controlled method.
To ensure correct protection for our products, all displays are packaged individually, one by one, including any accessories (such as wheels, price holders, hooks etc...) and the relevant one-page assembly sheet (with numbers sequential for assembly). Each package includes airballs all over the display and a cardboard lining to ensure its safety.
They are then packaged as a whole on standard or customized pallets and shipped to you in the shortest possible time.
