Transport

La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente il quale, nel proprio interesse, deve verificare, prima del ritiro, l’integrità dei colli e la quantità della merce ricevuta. Eventuali reclami dovranno essere avanzati direttamente al vettore al momento della consegna.

Tempi di consegna

I termini di consegna hanno carattere puramente indicativo e non hanno valore contrattuale.

Resi e Reclami

Any complaints must be sent in writing to Eurosud Cataldi srl within 10 days of receipt of the goods and the return must be made within 14 days of receipt.

The return of goods must be authorised in advance by Eurosud Cataldi srl.
Authorised returns must be sent to Eurosud Cataldi srl, accompanied by a regular delivery note and the relevant purchase details.

Measurements and Drawings

The indications of measurements and drawings on any Eurosud Cataldi srl publication are for information only and are subject to change without notice.

Payments

Payments shall be made to Eurosud Cataldi srl by the agreed due date and for the agreed amount.
Delayed payment of invoices beyond the agreed terms shall give rise to immediate bank interest and result in the suspension of supplies.

Ownership of merchandise

Eurosud Cataldi srl remains the owner of the goods until full payment for them has been made by the customer.

Shipping

Selected products are packed individually and grouped on a single pallet (where possible) in order to simplify distribution and always have the right parts. Each display comes inside with a detailed assembly sheet to simplify assembly itself, while the tracking code is optionally provided at the recipient's request.

Shipping costs are inclusive of packaging and may vary depending on the total weight and/or destination of the goods. Single shipments with orders processed in separate periods based on quantity are permitted. All deliveries are the responsibility of Eurosud Cataldi srl unless otherwise specified.
Any delays from the scheduled delivery (from the time of shipment) are the responsibility of the courier.
