From 5 to 8 May 2025, Milan will become a reference platform for professionals from the food community: TUTTOFOOD is preparing to host thousands of buyers carefully selected to respond effectively to a unique and varied exhibition offer. Invitations to the event will be addressed to the main importers and distributors and the most relevant restaurant and food retail chains, through a targeted action that takes into account the target geographies of international collectives and aims at building a worldwide incoming. The city of Milan will support the effectiveness of the Buyers Programme with its enormous potential in terms of geographic centrality and logistics, but above all through its ability to offer additional networking moments, including off-show activities, itineraries of guided tours to cutting-edge points of sale and catering, as well as production sites. Particular attention will also be paid to the national retail and Ho.Re.Ca. circuit: a hospitality programme will be tailor-made for the protagonists of the Italian scene.

TUTTOFOOD WEEK FEEDING THE FUTURE

Developed for the first time in collaboration between Fiere di Parma and Mondadori Media, the Milan TUTTOFOOD WEEK will transform the city into an open-air laboratory on the food models of tomorrow. The concept "Nutrire il Futuro" (Feeding the Future) aims to spread knowledge and encourage sustainable and responsible choices, involving visitors to the fair and those who live in the city in a week dedicated to taste and fun, which will animate the most iconic places in Milan with talks, exclusive happenings, tastings, food shows, exhibitions, film festivals and many other initiatives. The fair will also speak the language of culture thanks to the "TUTTOFOOD Street Experience" event, a series of installations that will colour the avenues of Fieramilano with the works of internationally renowned artists, all inspired by the fascinating world of food and nutrition.
